For ticket holders, we can issue an invitation letter for your visa application. Please send us an email and provide the following information:

• Full name
• Full address
• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Country issuing the passport
• Period of stay in Germany
• Address of your accommodation in Germany, if you already have that information.

We recommend applying for a visa at least two months before travelling to Germany, since the application process can take some time.
